MARTIAL ARTS
Our junior martial arts programs include Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, MMA, and Muay Thai. Designed for ages 4–15, these classes teach discipline, focus, and confidence while improving coordination, strength, and self defense.
SWIMMING
From Babies and Toddlers to Junior Competition Squads, our swimming programs help children gain water confidence, endurance, and advanced technique. Led by certified coaches in an Olympic-sized pool for ages 1–16.
GYMNASTICS
Our Girls and Boys Gymnastics Programs help children develop strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. With classes from Beginner to Advanced Levels, kids train in a safe environment using international standard equipment.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These programs build strength, endurance, and confidence through fun group training. Including Bootcamp, CrossFit Pre Teens, CrossFit Teens, and Strength & Aesthetics, each class promotes movement quality, teamwork, and active living.
Dance
Our junior dance programs include Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Acro, Cheer, and Technical Jazz. Each class helps kids express creativity, improve coordination, and develop strength, rhythm, and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.
